I do like the products overall, and they seem solid. The only thing that was a bit frustrating was the shipping. It took longer than I thought it would, and the tracking updates weren’t super clear, so I was just kind of waiting with no change for days. Not a huge deal in the end, but definitely could’ve been smoother.

I ordered from roseanvil.com and at first I thought it looked nice, but after using it a bit, the material just didn’t really hold up for me. It felt thinner than I expected and started showing wear quickly. Not saying it’s a scam, but for the price, I expected something that felt a lot more solid. It’s not terrible, just not something I’d be excited to buy again.

On top of that, the shipping and tax details didn’t show up until late in the process, which was frustrating. After trying a few times, I finally just gave up. For something that should’ve been quick and simple, it ended up being a really annoying experience, i’d expect some kind of compensation or discount for the trouble

I wanted to exchange my order, but the replies were slow and a little confusing. It did get sorted out in the end, but it was more hassle than I expected.

They felt okay at first, but after about a week they seemed to lose most of their support. Maybe they’d work better for lighter use, but for me they just didn’t hold up very long.

When my order showed up, the box was badly crushed, like it had been tossed around, stacked under heavier stuff, or squeezed into a corner somewhere. The sides were dented, the corners were smashed, and it looked like it had a rough trip. I’ve gotten packages with little dents before, like a bent flap or a scuffed corner, but this one was more than that. The packaging just didn’t feel sturdy enough to protect what was inside.

I followed their sizing advice exactly, and somehow the boots showed up way too small. Like, my toes were fighting for their lives. Then starting a return was more annoying than it needed to be, which just made the whole thing feel like a tiny personal disaster

I was expecting the leather to feel nicer for what I paid. After just a few wears, it already feels thin and has some scratches showing. Maybe I got a bad one, but it kind of seems like they cut a few corners on the material.

I’ve had a good experience with these guys. No company is perfect, and it’s only fair to judge them by how they handle things overall. From what I’ve seen, they’ve been reliable and easy to deal with, so I feel comfortable trusting them...

I was trying to order a couple pairs of boots, but almost every size I needed was already gone. I checked back later thinking maybe they’d restock, but nope, still nothing. The site itself looks fine, but what’s the point if you can’t actually buy anything? what a joke. I got annoyed and just gave up.

I really wanted these boots to work out, but the break-in period was way rougher than I expected. Even after short walks, my feet were aching, and the leather stayed stiff for what felt like forever.

For what I paid, I really thought it would last longer. Maybe I just got unlucky with mine, but it didn’t feel like it was made to handle regular everyday use. I hate saying that, but I probably wouldn’t buy it again.

I had a question about my order and the sizing, and customer service got back to me quickly, faster than I thought they would. They were friendly and actually took the time to explain things instead of just sending one of those copy-and-paste replies. To be fair, the first email did take a little while, so I don’t think I can give a full 5 stars, but overall the help was really solid and I appreciated it.
